What if I don't like my merchandise?

We hope you love it! We strive for excellence every day from our products to our customer service. But, we understand things happen. Prism keeps it simple-no fees.

Returns/Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of your order arrival date. All items returned to Prism Medical must be in new condition, suitable for resale, in original packaging. Due to health concerns, we cannot accept items which have been used, washed, or worn.

What documents do I need to include in my return?

A return authorization form will be shipped to you in your package. Please read that documentation before you send anything back to us.

What shipping services do you offer?

For the most accurate and on-time delivery service available, we ship via FedEx. We offer FedEx's full range of services, from standard Ground to Next Day Air.

Do you ship/sell in Canada?

Yes/Oui! We offer FedEx's full range of international services.

How fast will I see my order at my doorstep?

If you selected Next Day Air or 2 Day, then you will your order in exactly those amount of business days. If you chose standard Ground, please refer to the FedEx's Ground service transit map below for delivery times in the United States.

I have my own shipping account. Can I use it?

Yes! We accept your UPS and FedEx account numbers. Please give us a call once you place your order so we may proceed appropriately.

When can I expect my order to ship?

We process your order right away. Most standard orders are processed, produced and shipped in 1-3 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request or at checkout.

Where do you ship from?

99% of the time, your order will ship out of our Tampa Bay area facility.

Do you design new logos and/or digitize existing logos?

Yes, we can do both! We have a full scale in-house embroidery operation that works with you throughout the entire process. Through collaboration, we will design and develop a logo that matches your vision, whether it's choosing font, adding images, or selecting thread colors. As always, before sewing begins, we will complete a sew-out for your approval, whether it's your newly created logo or your existing one.
