What if I don't like my merchandise?
We hope you love it! We strive for excellence every day from our products to our customer service. But, we understand things happen.
Please contact us at 1-800-726-8073 to obtain a RA number. Returns/Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of your order arrival date. All items returned to Prism Medical must be un-embroidered, in new condition, suitable for resale, in original packaging. Due to health concerns, we cannot accept items which have been used, washed, or worn.
What shipping services do you offer?
For the most accurate and on-time delivery service available, we ship via UPS, ground.
Do you ship/sell in Canada?
Yes/Oui! We offer UPS' full range of international services.
When can I expect my order to ship?
We process your order right away. Most standard orders are processed, produced and shipped in 10-12 business days.
How fast will I see my order at my doorstep?
Please refer to the UPS' ground service transit map below for delivery times in the United States.
Where do you ship from?
99% of the time, your order will ship out of our Lexington, KY facility.
Do you design new logos and/or digitize existing logos?
Yes, we can do both! We have a full scale in-house embroidery operation that works with you throughout the entire process. Through collaboration, we will design and develop a logo that matches your vision, whether it's choosing font, adding images, or selecting thread colors. As always, before sewing begins, we will complete a sew-out for your approval, whether it's your newly created logo or your existing one.
