Return Policy:  We want you satisfied. In remote situations where there is a manufacturing defect all of our merchandise comes with a 15-day money back guarantee. Prism only accepts unsoiled and unwashed garments for exchange or return.  Exchanges are accepted for any reason so long as the garments are in new, unused condition and with original packaging. We cannot accept returns with personalization (logo or name) or special order items.
No restocking or handling fees for even exchanges. Customer pays only shipping cost.

Shipping: Our shipping charges are standard UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested.
Delivery Schedule: We process your order right away. As most items are custom orders, delivery time will vary, depending upon your requests; however, most standard orders are processed, produced and shipped in 2-3 days. Rush delivery is available upon request.
