What if I don't like my merchandise?
We hope you love it! We strive for excellence every day from our products to our customer service. But, we understand things happen. Prism keeps it simple-no fees. Returns/Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of your order arrival date. All items returned to Prism Medical must be in new condition, suitable for resale, in original packaging. Due to health concerns, we cannot accept items which have been used, washed, or worn.
What documents do I need to include in my return?
To ensure proper processing and a timely refund, you will need our 'Return Authorization Form' included in your return package.
What shipping services do you offer?
For the most accurate and on-time delivery service available, we ship via UPS. We offer UPS' full range of services, from standard Ground to Next Day Air.
Do you ship/sell in Canada?
Yes/Oui! We offer UPS' full range of international services. Currently, our website does not accept orders shipping to international addresses, so just give us a call and we can help you.
How fast will I see my order at my doorstep?
If you selected Next Day Air or 2 Day, then you will your order in exactly those amount of business days. If you chose standard Ground, please refer to the UPS Ground service transit map below for delivery times in the United States.
I have my own shipping account. Can I use it?
Yes! We accept your UPS and FedEx account numbers. Please give us a call once you place your order so we may proceed appropriately.
When can I expect my order to ship?
We process your order right away. Most standard orders are processed, produced and shipped in 1-3 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request or at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
99% of the time, your order will ship out of our Tampa Bay area facility.
